Syndrome, from the incredibles 2 is a super!

I re-watched The Incredibles today and I thought to myself “WHAT LITTLE BOY IS ABLE TO MAKE ROCKET BOOTS?”. Then I thought maybe he is, and always has been, a super. However, maybe because his powers aren’t as present and well developed as everyone else’s- super strength, elasticity, ice powers- they wrote him off and told him he wasn’t a super because he wasn’t as super as everyone else. I know what you’ll say “But, powers run in families.” Yes, that they do. However, maybe because he didn’t have an insane power, like literally every other super, his family gave him up for adoption. Not knowing that their son was a genius.

Read carefully as there are more spoilers ahead!

Brad Bird has not revealed a lot for the upcoming sequel The Incredibles 2, but from the speculations, it is known that Jack-Jack is unable to control his powers and that is where JACK-JACK might come into the picture and use him against the Parr family. Syndrome is definitely coming back after 15 years and using the superpowered baby jack this time. According to the rumors, the sequel returning after 14 years will see a massive fight amongst Jack-Jack and his older brother Dash.

As seen in the trailers, we will also see the return of Frozone in this movie.

Samuel L. Jackson shared,

“Everytime I run into Brad, he always tells me Frozone is part of what’s going on [in the sequel], so I have to believe that. I guess they could be the Incredibles without Frozone, but I think Frozone would be a wonderful addition to what’s already there.”

Additionally, he added,

“I’m looking forward to what Jack-jack turned into.”
